Refund policy

As every piece is handmade especially for you, cancellations on orders are only accepted within 48 hours of your order being placed for any Made to Order item. For all pieces that are Ready to Ship, there is a 14 day return window. Refunds are issued upon Goodluck Handmade receiving the returned item. Please contact glhmjewelry@gmail.com for any further questions regarding returns.

Goodluck Handmade is not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping in any case of returns or repairs.
