How do you ship?

Every piece is shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance and signature confirmation. This option takes 3 days to most destinations but can take up to 5 business days in some cases. Send us an email if you require a different option to hannah@goodluckhandmade.com

Can my ring be resized?

At this time we are not offering resizing. All rings can be made for you in your exact size and specification in 6-8 weeks.

Do you do customs?

Yes! Your idea or mine, send me an email at hannah@goodluckhandmade.com. If we aren't the right fit, we can most likely send you in the right direction.

Can you source a particular stone for me?

Absolutely! Send us an email :)

What is the return policy?

As each Made to Order piece is created just for you, we only allow cancellations of your order within 48 hours. Everything from our Ready to Ship section can be returned unworn within two weeks.

What is the repair policy?

Everything can always be repaired. With the fragility of inlay jewelry, all repairs are priced on a case to case basis.

Can I wear my jewelry anywhere?

All solid metal and/or diamond only jewelry is durable and suitable for everyday wear. Inlay jewelry should be treated with care, as all inlaid stone is much less durable than these other materials, and stone can be porous and can break or be scratched.
